What we are
A direct buyer. We buy the vehicle ourselves, with our own money, and we take it away. We are
not a listing site, not an auction, and not a lead broker that sells your phone number to four
companies who then call you for a week.
The business was built by people who spent more than thirty years inside the vehicle
industry, in senior roles on the wholesale side, watching how much value falls out of a car
between the moment it is damaged and the moment somebody finally buys it. That gap is the
business.
What we are not
We are not a junkyard. A yard prices your car by weight and by which parts it can pull, which
is a perfectly good model for a twenty-year-old shell and a bad one for a late-model car with
front-end damage.
And we are not a Florida dealer. Blue Ribbon Auto Sales LLC holds an Arizona
dealer license. It does not hold a Florida one and does not claim to. We buy vehicles from their
owners across Florida and collect them at our cost. Anyone telling you they are a licensed
Florida dealer should be able to show you the license number, and so should we for Arizona.
Where we are
The office is at 2627 W Birchwood Cir, Ste 1, Mesa, Arizona. There is no Florida showroom or
storage yard, because there does not need to be one. The offer is made by people on the phone and
the vehicle is collected by a truck that comes to you.
The one thing we will always do
Tell you when we are not your best option. On a very old, high-mileage shell a scrap yard may
genuinely pay close to what the vehicle is worth. When that is true we say so on the phone rather
than dressing up a weak offer. We would rather lose the sale than talk somebody into a bad one,
and the reviews on this site are the reason that policy pays for itself.

Who pays me?
Blue Ribbon Auto Sales LLC, trading as TrackWala. In full, at pickup, for the amount you
accepted, with nothing deducted for towing or paperwork.
What happens to my details?
They go to TrackWala so we can price the car and arrange the pickup. We are not a lead
generator and we do not sell your information on. The
privacy policy is TrackWala's.
What happens to my car?
It is resold through the wholesale vehicle market, usually to buyers who repair or dismantle
it. That is how a written offer today can be higher than a yard's, and it is the whole reason the
business works.
Are the reviews real?
Yes, every one. They are Google reviews of TrackWala, quoted exactly as written, spelling and
all, and each links to the original. There is no rating markup on this site, because a rating a
company publishes about itself is not evidence of anything.

I had got a quote from a different company that Court horse me into signing the title and the wrong spot before they give me a price once I signed it they give me a price that was real low so I moved on to a different company and when they came to pick the vehicle up since I signed it there it blocked them from selling the car to me so I reach out to this company and he was able to coach me in the right spot to get the title fixed and my girlfriend entered in the wrong mileage which made the car worth more and he quoted the higher price and still honored the higher price even though the mileage was incorrect he's a good man good company I recommend them highly
